Me and my friend started the league with this build (although we leveled with Sunder for a while) and ended up being first Divine Blasters to hit lvl100 by day 4.

I don't have a full guide, but i have setups for different budget levels and some crafting guides in the description of gameplay video at the bottom. I'll be checking this thread every now and then for questions, but for express response ask in-game or in my twitch chat.
