Kicked for preforming too many actions

I'm just playing a normal KBoC build and i kicked within a few seconds of the instance just for attacking, no headhunter buffs just normal stuff. its my only character so its sucks please help

okay so it looks like my keyboard is now inputting the actions to frequently despite me not changing anything, game does not crash if i only interact with my mouse
