Map's instance become corrupted when i die vs bosses

Hello, basically some instance become corrupted when i die versus the map boss (when i try to re-enter into the map the game INSTANTLY crash, tried to invite some guys from global chat and they crash too)

And even more, bosses are invisible (game doesn't render them), same with monster.

I don't know if is the game, my pc or what else honestly.

Tried all directx, verified file from steam, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted caches
