Major lag spikes every couple minutes

this league has been absolutely awful when it comes to lag for me, I never before had this many issues

I just get randomly 1k/2k/15k/20k spikes that last for a couple of minutes and then back to normal and then back to a spike

it's almost impossible to run a single maps like this, it wasn't a problem at league start but since ~1 week or so it's absolutely miserable

and that's just me sitting in my HO doing nothing

edit: forgot to mention, I play on Sao Paulo but changing servers didn't help with the lag, it's the same issue

Unluckily this is not a problem from POE server host on Brasil (even though Brasil servers are shit, i still dont know why dont they use Chile or Argentina that have better infrastructure for hosting servers, even Peru is better than Brasil).
If you see the first jump of higher ms and high spikes you have are on 213.140.39.116. This is from BS AS Argentina, most likely you have Personal and it still uses the old company name TELEFONICA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SL. Its placed near Puerto Madero and in Avenida Belgrano between the streets Piedra and Chacabuco. I'm having the same exact problem but its not something POE can do and even if they could call Personal and have a chat with them they wouldnt do it.

yeah, I have personal, but it started this league and only a couple weeks ago, it hasn't been an issue in the past

and it's only PoE I don't have issues with youtube or any other game or application
