Recent performance issue (Video attached)

Hey all,
Recently, my PoE started developing a really weird issue. I tried tweaking many things in game, but I cannot get rid of it. See the issue on the video bellow please (only 12 seconds video): https://youtu.be/XQMBtzlIRr4?si=_thlCDcSzcRXB6IW My PC has very high end specs with RTX 4080 and Ryzen 7 7800X3D, also 64 GB RAM. My internet is 1 GB connection, with 1 ms ethernet cable connected. I live in London and playing at London server. What is going on with my game? Last bumped on Mar 19, 2026, 5:58:27 PM
