Cannot access trade

Hello, i am playing on a ps5 and trying to upgrade my gear, but when i select travel to hideout i get the message your account must be in game. Tried switching accounts to the one which says its got my character on, but nothing works, please help.

make sure that the trade is searching the correct league and platform, there's a dropdown box next to the search for choosing pc/xbox/sony and another for choosing mirage/hc mirage etc
