Connection Issue (Infinite Loading/Abnormal Disconnection) - Account: LaskovSTBY

Hello!
I am reporting a technical issue in Path of Exile 2. My character cannot enter the game world: after selecting a hero in the menu, the "Connecting" message appears, and the loading hangs indefinitely or ends with "Abnormal Disconnection".
The problem occurred immediately after I changed the FSR settings in-game, followed by a crash.

What I have already tried (did not help):
1. GPU Swap: Tried both my main RX 9070 and a backup RTX 3060. The issue is identical on both.
2. ISP/Network: Tried two different providers, as well as mobile internet.
3. VPN Testing: Used a VPN to ensure a stable connection and bypass any routing issues. I can see the server pings, but the game still fails to connect to the world.
4. Settings Reset: Deleted the configuration folder in "My Documents", cleared ShaderCache, and tried switching APIs (DirectX 12 / Vulkan) via the config file.
5. New Character: Creating a new character did not help — it also hangs at the stage of entering the world.
It seems my session is "stuck" on the game server or there is a database error with my account (Session Lock).
Please check my account status and, if possible, manually terminate any active sessions (kick character) or reset the character's location.
