Feedback: Rarity of global unique drops seems broken

To try to make a long story short, I've played this game fairly casually (though I play a lot, I'm very slow and inefficient and map with fairly easy mods) for thirteen years now, almost every league, usually getting around 20+ challenges done and yet I almost never get any high-tier global drop uniques. Whatever it is I'm doing makes T2 uniques INCREDIBLY rare and T1/T0 uniques practically non-existent (tiers based on player-gathered data that may not be accurate however).

I have no problem with currency drops, pinnacle boss drops, heist uniques, Kingsmarch uniques, or basically anything else in the game, but something about global unique drops feels completely screwed up.

And I know this will seem like a silly thing to complain about and I will likely get flamed for this thread, but please, consider this: I can get multiple divines in a day, but uniques that are worth a small fraction of a divine... DO. NOT. DROP. I maybe get a couple of T2 uniques per league with a combined value of less than one divine. Thirteen years of leagues is a long freaking time to get so little.

I get the impression that global unique drops are gated behind extreme amounts of IIR, either through equipment or map mods (juicing), possibly with no random variance to make it possible to get "lucky" with a drop.

Needless to say, as a SSF player, this sucks lol. I can only ever get "trash" uniques. It's getting old.

If you think this sounds unusual, please look into it!

Thanks for reading.

T2 / T1 / T0 are soooooo rare because there are numerous methods that make the game rain uniques.

I don't know your preferred farming method, but for those that want to get higher tier uniques they use a unique farming method with appropriate scarabs. You could get hundreds of uniques in a single map.

And then...its also a matter of which unique you are looking at: higher tier uniques that share bases with less rare uniques are going to be harder to find in general, simply because of the way the dice roll system works.

IIR isn't the answer, at least not completely: IIR will increase the rate that uniques drop, but NOT the tier of those uniques. To increase the chances for higher tiers, you need to combine IIR with high unique-possible quantity.

Haven't watched the whole video, but this is what is possible if your GOAL is higher tier uniques:

(obviously an extreme example that may need to be pared down)
Starting anew....with PoE 2
