Could you change the drought bringer rare monster modifier?

Drought Bringer gives rare monsters an aura that has the effect: "Flasks lose 6 Charges every 3 seconds and you cannot gain Flask Charges" (per wiki).
The 2nd part (cannot gain flask charges) disables an entire ascendancy and heavily nerfs various other builds that rely on automated flasks. It is not a modifier that can be outgeared or avoided. Could you possibly remove or heavily alter the 2nd part? I am fine with the first part (charge drain) as you can itemize for this with more flask charge generation. The charge gain prevention effectively disables 5 gear slots, for some builds it is as if you were disabling for example their body armor or helmet etc. Last bumped on Mar 16, 2026, 7:25:09 AM
