Eagon memory line bug

Hi,
In the standard league, before the atlas change, Eagon was seen on a map and I didn't play his memory lines. After the new league came, he still offers 'Originator's Memory of Reverence'. If I click it, he opens an empty map device and I can't start a map from him. He has never shown up on the new atlas since the new league started.

When I went through it earlier this league, I did eventually find Eagon again by simply running maps.

Keep in mind though that with Patch 3.28.0g, Memory Tears should only spawn in T16 maps.
