Persistent Game crashes related to explosions

PS5 Pro:The game completely crashes when more than 20 enemies die from explosions. Explosions from various resources cause this. For example, enemies you kill have a chance to explode, dealing physical damage equal to a percentage of their maximum Life. This bug also occurs in the Mirage if you select the wish to explode enemies on kill. I urgently request a fix; I can no longer play like this.

Same here in Xbox . All I see is a white explosion then my character can’t move or respond the only way to do not die is to keep spamming the life flask bottom however those Electric spikes that can one shot you if you don’t move are taking advantage of this bug because they will kill you 100% when your game is freezing I broke two controllers during breaches :) when I see those damn electric spikes and my game is not responding
By the way I checked the standard league and with same build the game is running super smooth but in mirage is impossible to play juicy contents
