No exit portal on mirage eradicator fight

Xbox series X, map City square. After killing mirage Eradicator Elder appears then disappears into his portal. No exit portal appears for player to leave. Trapped in elders realm, must log out to get out. Non mirage fight works normally.

Confirmed issue exists with Mirage version of Constrictor as well. Assumption is all elder guardian fights affected. No exit portal.

You can use the Mirage league shortcut to go back to main Mirage area (on PS this is L2 + R2 + up, iirc).
