King of the mist fight bugged

Running king of the mist fights on console (PlayStation) and there is a bug where the second phase of the fight will occasionally not start despite re entering the instance etc anyone else had this?

This just happened to me as well. Completed the maze and went back to the arena and he was just standing at one of the ramps, untargetable and not engaging, not transforming to his final form.

Just happened to me as well on PC, this happened (multiple times) during the league he was introduced in as well, looks like it was never fixed.
