Best Servers from the small indie studio

I understand that GGG is a small indie studio with 0.5 developers and -1$ budget, but maybe someone will help them how to setup the servers... in the third week of the league...
I understand when it is 1st day, or even the first weekend of the leagues, but cmon, now lags and server resets are just an everyday situation...
