Minion life regeneration support

A simple gem that grants a percentage of minions life regenerated per second and flat regeneration.
Say 1% and 10 up to 3.9% and 800 at level 20. Quality would grant 1-10% increased minion life recovery.
Gem friendly builds and builds with minions that are either fragile or lose life per second could use it.
I'm currently playing a build that's very link generous that I've chosen to have a golem on, but I have no way to recover it's life with the current limitations.
There are also cases where you can't afford to run vitality aura, jewels or invest in the passive tree. This gem might fill a niche while empowering existing builds
