Templar Guardian Game Closes

I recently started playing on SSF with the new Holy Strike on a Guardian.
I just reached maps and after taking my 3rd ascendancy (Unwavering Crusade), the game started freezing and closing randomly while mapping.
There is nothing in the logs, it just says
"You have entered (map name)" as the last line.

I removed the ascendancy, played few maps, worked fine.
As soon as I put it back, crashed again.
