WHY the F can we get cast speed from unvieling on axes ?

cast speed, minion damage? like guys this system is already outdated nowadays we pay 50+ divs just to get a proper mod once. so the least you could do is give us mods that can be useful in ANY SITUATION ever. like 99% of players would hate to get accuracy but AT LEAST someone can use it.

but cast speed on axe? minion damage on two hand axe ? can we stop putting a weird dumb dead mods on items and just keep "rarely useful" deadmods instead ?
