Let Standard Players Trade With Chisels!

I definitely had chisels in my currency tab, but I couldn't get the map I wanted because you can't trade chisels anymore. If something can be done to make Standard Players still able to use chisels for trade, or to send a global alert that they're not usable for trade anymore? A lot of STDers set and forget their Asynch tabs, chisels have historically been the "I gotta put something here, may as well sell it for a nickel" choice for map sellers.

Change the buyout to chaos or whatever else you want. I imagine there are plenty for trade still.
