maybe we inverse the logic a bit. maybe you guys incentivize
poe1 players to invest in poe2 by offering a "gold" package.
where they pay twice as much to buy poe2 but also the other half
goes strictly to poe1 development. and they get all sorts of tabs
and mtx's obviously. dont be stingy. hell give em a placard "best of both
worlds" or something poetic.

/edit lets sweeten the pot, have a unique graphic or identifier
that can be noticed in town so we all notice that guy supports both
in whatever game they are in. \

you need poe2 money, and poe2 is awesome. it needs work.
I hate that the budget sacrifices poe1.

I think an "embrace the future, and respect the past" reasoning should apply.
honestly i bout poe2 cause I knew it was gonna be worth it for sure, I was
waiting for bugs to get fixed etc. also to get sick of poe. I wanted to
support poe2 and play the next league of poe1 with merchant tabs!
I paid to win. but I justify that as I also got poe2 ea. which was what
I did want in the end.

I want to play both ggg. find a sneaky non pay to win way to fund both.

hell when the time comes, if poe2 is king of the world than the king
should offer sustenance to his elders.
