Cyclone gem bug (issue with "channeling")

Bug Report ID: #1 490 865 622

Found a bug with the "Cyclone" gem. I will describe the problem itself, and when it occurs (and how to repeat it)

bug: (what's happening when occurs): cyclone begins to
1. spend mana when unused(seems game client losing data or something, about channeling status),
2. also "breaks" next cyclone use - work's by fits and starts (like i run out of mana, hit-stop in cycle, until "reset")

how to repeat: when cyclone used "on place" few times in row, rapidly - mana will still spending when channeling stops and character stay without action (until mana fully gone, then stop's and everything is fine)

also next cyclone use in this case, will be broken until character get out somehow from this state

no support gem's is needed. Just using of 1 link cyclone, rapidly few times on place, without moving

Seem's like channel start-stop fast few times, and game lose end-of-channeling of one of this repeats and that one will go until mana ends or other action stop this behaviour: "move only" fix this.

why it hurts: when i clear map using cyclone, sometimes when i press cyclone few times for short duration on mob pack or between packs, this happen. i start losing mana and next cyclone uses behave in wrong way. at least it's just very annoying.

demonstration of this under spoiler, idk is it allowed to add urls, delete if neccesary (from 15s - i pressed cyclone and dont stop channeling by myself, so it works like that, until "reset")

i have the same issue surprised with all the Cyclone players this league no one has reported this i was about to when i searched.

Basically even with zero mana cost if you double click the cyclone really fast it starts to stutter the cyclone and i also think its an issue with channeling but maybe its the skill itself not sure.
