Kicked to title screen chambers of impurity

Unable to traverse map without getting kicked to title screen on chambers of impurity. Died once while traversing map and after that it burned up all my portals due to 5 straight kicks to the title screen. Tried different routes through the map and didn’t make a difference. Xbox series X
