Booted to opening screen when entering any boss arena

I can enter any boss arena once , if I die though , it boots me to the opening screen every time I try to re-enter the arena killing all my portals , which sucks when trying to do anything related to getting voidstones . I know I know , quit dying right.

Forgot to include , on PS5, usually washington DC realm, and its happening on both the ps5 and ps4 versions of the game.
