Atlas passive points progression feedback

Ok, i am really frustrated at the game right now. You make changes to the atlas, ok. Didnt you consider somehow explaining IN THE GAME how to obtain all passive points ? Why do i have to go ask people or look at some third party website to be able to understand how to progress my atlas and get all passive points? This design is soooo bad i cant even explain. GGG, do better pls!
