Possible Issue with Deferred Ritual Reward (Mageblood) Not Appearing Again

Hello,

I would like to report a possible issue related to the Ritual mechanic.

On Monday at approximately 08:38 UTC (16:38 Taiwan time), I encountered a Mageblood as a Ritual reward in the Mirage league. I deferred the item at that time, but since then it has never appeared again in subsequent Ritual encounters.

Because of this, I am concerned there might be an issue with the Ritual system or my account.

For reference, my account name is: 以色列火焰飛彈

I also have a screenshot of the deferred Mageblood if needed, and I can provide it if that would help with the investigation.

Could you please help check if everything is functioning correctly?
