Broken Sound on Kinetic Blast while in a Breach inside a Mirage area

I am playing Kinetic Blast (normal, not clustering)
When i go into an unstable breach inside a mirage area the sound for the kinetic blast skill plays so loudly i need to mute game sound

I have tried this solo and in a party, while in a party everyone else also gets kinetic blast sound so loudly we cannot hear anything else.
