Decayed Voidstone's Bonus is Not Good

I like the Atlas rework a lot. But there is one thing that seems to be not very well designed.
All 4 Voidstones have the same common bonuses: T16 map drops, and stackable chance to drop Nightmare maps. That's great. Each Voidstone has an extra special bonus: - Originator Voidstone: astrolabes, memory strands, exceptional gems. Fantastic! - Ceremonial Voidstone: Maven chisels. Cool. - Eldritch Voidstone: extra upsides/downsides for eldritch altars. OK. - Decayed Voidstone: 25% chance for Shaper or Elder influence. WTF??? Why would anybody want that? There are scarabs for that and they are completely worthless. Elder influence can add a bunch of monsters to the map (but not every variant). Shaper influence is simply annoying, every variant of it. So now we have a choice between getting some annoying crap in every 4th map or not socketing this voidstone and missing out on its other buffs. I don't know nothing about this game anymore. I just dropped a voidstone from the Elder wth? The normal Elder...

" The Atlas rework in this league changed it. You now get 1 voidstone for killing The Eater and The Exarch instead of 2. And you now get 1 voidstone for killing The Shaper and The Elder instead of Uber Elder. |

" Y, i have all 4 but i expected the 4th one to drop from the uber elder so it was a total surprise drop for me.
