Textures not loading

Can someone help me, its third league in a row, where some parts of map doesn't load quick enough for me. I enter map, and i sometimes get instakilled because boss wasn't loaded and made some slam action, or Degen on ground didn't load and i got degened till death, while not even seen degen on ground

Can somebody help me with this? It is mostly newer bosses, as - Nightmare/t17 bosses, new Zana bosses etc
