Opening the Map Device

When opening the Map Device, the scarab and map placement window should always automatically pop up.
It currently works that if I previously had hit esc to close the map placement window, then a second time to close the Atlas, then open up the Map Device again, it only opens the Atlas page, then I have to click on my map to open the Scarab/Map placement thing.
This would give a nice little QOL for end game mapping as the reason I'm clicking on the Map Device is to put in a map.
This would make early mapping where you're changing the map each time, or Maven witness farming slightly more annoying however.
Maybe just add an option in the UI settings to either "Enable map placement on opening the Map Device" so that people can either enable or disable it depending on their preference.
