You can't run Heists

The Rogue Harbour takes half an hour to load.

There's only so many times I can walk the dog and clean the house, while waiting for the content I use to start up a league to load, before I give up and move on.

although there is a graphics driver related issue being blamed,
there is also server queues for service manifesting, and the more
resource expectant the data send the longer the engagement.

its not just the guys in harbour who mtx's you gotta load,
but everyone everwwhere all the time. manifesting whatever details
exist in whatever area in which they are spawning.

all stress on the servers. all lag.

Every single league I'm here to point out that heist is the only league content in the entire game where you're forced into a lobby of other players. At least the harbour's not crashing yet this league.

And they know it's an issue because in a prior league they did cut the max player count in the instances in half, but it still takes a while to load.
