PS5, super long load screen, and enemy/doors/attack invisible

Having load time between zones anywhere from 2-5 minutes. I'm hard wired in to my router and internet speeds over 1 g speed,

When I do breach unstables, I don't see any of the mobs on my screen. But I can see my shockwave and Harold of ash.

During hoist and mapping, the doors are invisible as well. I don't see them. But I am able to open them and run through them
