Atlas UI Map Storage behind chat window

As the title implies, the spot to store extra maps on the atlas screen is behind the chat window and if people start talking in general, it's hard to see the contents of the storage. Please move the storage window above or anchor to the top of the display of chat comments.

The whole atlas UI is a mess and needs adjustments. Advocating for the deletion of standard is like demanding Blizzard to delete non-ladder from Diablo 2, practically destroying a core element of ARPGs.
