200k ping on every server except stockholm, cant play or trade

I have tried every server and whatever server i log into i get 200k ping and i cant move, stockholm is the only one that works for me but the problem is still that i cant trade with anyone because whatever else server they have other than stockholm, i teleport to their hideout for 2 minutes and i instantly get rising ping and cant move and i can only stand in place and wait for dc.
I have no issues on youtube, i did speed test and everything is fine.
It started on Eu server, i switched to washington and it worked for 10 minutes, and it then bricked everywhere, i cant do anything at all.
