Banner skills QOL.

With all the QOL changes this league, would it be possible to take a look at banners? Especially considering the new support gem.
There are three main gripes I have about banners currently: 1 - Tracking what banner is active. Currently you have to look at the buff bar to see what banner is active / has lingering buff. But the order of buffs is not consistent, which makes it annoying. My gameplay just revolves around staring at my buff bar trying to keep them up. Related to this, when a boss is active the boss health bar often covers the buffs, which is incredibly annoying. 2 - Lingering buff mechanic. Bannerman's lingering buff currently gives you the banner's buff as a lingering effect when you leave the banner area. This makes it incredibly annoying during fights in small arenas, since the banner area is easily screen-wide. 3 - Combat zone transition. GGG mentioned having some buffs persist through combat zone transitions, if not the banner lingering buff could we at least have valour carry over? Right now we have to run around without buffs for a few seconds while valour builds up, which is quite annoying when surrounded by monsters. Personally I think the nicest solution would be to make Bannerman's lingering effect count the banner expiring and/or being picked up as "leaving the area", this would mean we could just look at the skill bar to see what banner needs to be replanted without having to worry about losing the buffs.
