Ultimatum is a horrible experience now

The loot is noticeably worse and now when you do actually get a good inscribed ultimatum there is a 30% chance that it will have shattered shield. the trade site is full of shattered shield ultimatums that no is buying because there are maybe 2 people that play this game who have a non block build that is capable of handling that kind of content. you have ruined ultimatum. congratulations.

30% isnt that bad. For me the worst is Ruin and the other similar one. Ward should be pretty good at this type of content, especially with new items.

Before launching league i threw random excell sketch on ward bloodline node which increases recovery rate per hit received. So it seems that just getting that node and having 0% block- ward blocks damage about 40% of the time (and higher with less frequent hits), which is like dyaamn.. Add 60% chance to not lose ward from that new timeless keystone and that 40% turns into 75% 64% which is close to full block build without using any actual shield.
