To paraphrase the Stone Temple Pilots: "Big Bang Baby is a crash crash crash"

Hi.

I'm well aware that programming this game and creating new content over and over and over again is a huge undertaking, and I truly respect this work, which seems monumental to me.

But seriously, each new league is a cascade of bugs. Usually, they aren't too serious, but this one is a disaster!

It's simple: for the past four days since the new league started, I've been going from "Deadlcok detected" error messages to crashes without any warning and being kicked from the game (and, among other things, losing the maps I just launched)... it's difficult to report anything when everything freezes and you get kicked out without an error message.

I spent my weekend trying to understand why I was getting the "Deadlcok detected" message every time I clicked on the character I wanted to play.

Step 1: Updated my graphics card drivers.
=> Problem not solved.

Step 2: Run "PackCheck Content.ggpk".
=> That didn't solve the problem either.

Step 3: Delete all files in "C:\Users\My_user_\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile".
=> Again, not solved.

Step 4: Completely uninstall the game, download everything again, and reinstall.
=> Still not solved.

But I'm not giving up. I keep going, and then I realize that the "Deadlock detected" message is caused by the object filter I created in FilterBlade and updated for this purpose.

Okay, now I can finally play... but now the game itself crashes and kicks me out without any message. And when I come back, the map is destroyed… (okay, I have a huge stockpile from how long I've been playing, but still, it's annoying).

Now the game is "Plays a few second, crash, repeat"

Did you consider the very useful concept of testing before putting it into production?

Or perhaps you created a game inspired by "Path of Exile" and the real name of this version that replaces POE is "Crash of Bugxile"!!?

Also, I took the opportunity to ask, "What's the point of having maps with distinct names if you're just going to place them in the cartographer's device and then be able to choose any map of the same type (only the ones you've decided to keep, no less)? If you wanted to use the same system as in PoE 2, it would have been simpler to replace them with maps of different levels instead of having 50 tabs that don't even have names just to keep maps with distinct names…

And on top of that, I have a good stockpile of Beacheads that I can't even use anymore since they don't appear in the atlas, and for unique maps, we don't seem to have this map type system… (and frankly, it's not cool not longer be able to run Beacheads!)

While I'm at it, it would have been nice to explain how to use the new (and disappointing) version of the atlas and its frankly unintuitive mapping system… Here too, I wasted time finally figuring out how to place my maps.

Sorry for the rant, but honestly, You've really outdone yourself there this time. And not in a good way.

Greetings
