Placeholder art still being used 4 leagues later

All the highest tier gear added 4, maybe 5, leagues ago initially used 'placeholder' art that was a copy of lower tier gear. And now, all this time later, they are STILL using the same 'placeholder' art for the inventory icon. It would probably be one of the easiest things to address, and failing to do so after all this time is, frankly, simply lazy. Hell, I can produce new icons for the items myself in a day if you would use 'em.
