Infinite Loading Screen

I am currently stuck in the infinite loading screen in the Lioneye Watch. The Grinding gear icon is turning and there are background music playing so there isn't a crash or anything. But the game just doesn't finish loading ever. After 15 minutes or so, it kicks me back to the login screen. I have ran the Packcheck but the problem still persists.

Is this a performance issue this league? I have played PoE for a long time and have never had this problem so I don't think it is on my computer.

Its happening on console as well.
