[XBOX] Loading out of Control

Please include the following information if it is relevant:

- What time this happened -- this has been happening all day since about 10 am est if I had to guess.


- Gateway / Location -- I have tried multiple gateways throughout the day

- Error messages when failing to teleport, or load into a zone. -- There is never an error message. I have let it run upwards of nearly 16 minutes to get into a zone while trying to run campaign with a friend. No load screens between zones = no issue but anything with load screen prepare for the worst. Going back to town or hideout = 100% loading for extended time.


- Are you crashing to the console dashboard, or disconnecting back to the login screen?
If I get so fed up with the wait time I can hard close and restart and attempt to rejoin a zone -- sometimes it works within 2 minutes sometimes it does not.


- If you can reproduce the issue 100% of the time a video clip would be handy.
I am able to reproduce throughout the day today nearly 100% of the time. Quite a few people on these forums, in-game chat, and on Xbox LFG are all having the same problems. I guess I can record myself looking at an extended loading screen if that would provide benefits?

- Are you using a cabled connection, or Wifi. -I have attempted both cabled and wifi connection. I have deleted and re-installed the game as well.

- What model console are you using? - Xbox Series X

I also am having this issue it started after the hotfix yesterday
This needs to be fixed ASAP spending more time loading than I can play.

I literally, have to jump servers to find one that is not busy. IE, Australia, Moscow, San Pablo. Also had to literally change my hideout, from celestial to battle-scared and then have last zone act 2…. I know its weird but works.

All the to load in go to hideout. Do one map with missing assets not loading up to kill boss and skip all extra stuff because it breaks. So I only kill the boss and then have to manually close the game relaunch to do another map…..

currently 5 pm est -- still having loading times exceeding normal levels

8 pm est trying to run with friend in campaign again -- sitting at never ending loading screens. both dc and texas servers

8:39 PM EST ATT Fiber slow load time.

a5 rooftop -- 8 minutes 24 seconds to load in

lioneys watch after killing kitava -- 3 minutes 46 seconds load

twilight strand -- 1 minute 18 seconds load

back to lioneys after clearing strand -- 2 min 18 seconds load


could you please address one of the many posts about these issues for either console and an eta?
