Expedition mob that removes and disables all mana/mana recovery?!

What happens: I get hit by something that sets my mana at 0 and I never recover it... after a few seconds I can recover again.. Not even mana flasks help with the recovery...

Just happened outside of mirage expedition though, so not sure any more...


Edit: I am not sure if this is actually what happens or if it's because of chaos dmg using The Ivory Tower forcing my mana to 0...

The thing is, it also happened while I was not getting attacked and it didn't seem like I was poisoned...

Maybe some clarification?
