Something is very wrong on your servers.

I keep losing progress randomly, items disappearing, bought items not recieved.
It starts with me getting random disconnects and then i get reverted back to a stage way before what i just did, this means i lose items and progress of level etc.

now i just was offline for a while and when i came back i lost my helmet and all my skill/support gems on set item..

its like not directly happening, its after a while. like someone is sitting and deleteing progress on purpose. makes no sense at all.

Not gonna lie, that sounds more like a case of account compromise than anything else.

Don't you think if items and gems were disappearing en masse the forum would be essentially DDoSed by complaints? The servers are not going to have a massively serious persistent data loss issue for one person only. Either loads of people would be affected, or nobody would be affected.

the disconnects are weird, yes.
but the one item i was thinking about when typing all this.
was lost and now found again.
i found it backtracked all the way to my crafting station in the hideout.
so i guess looking where you least expect it to find it counts here too..

the main issue for me is the disconnects and the rollbacks from it.
