Keep getting disconnected and stuck on BR server

I don't know if it is my internet provider, or the server, but i can't even pass now the Northern Forest because i keep getting stuck on loading or disconnected.

Sometimes it works flawlessly loading in 2 sec between areas, but then this happens and i just can't play the game.

please GGG give some love to latam players :(
