New Unique Item idea - Take On Me

Hi, here's my idea for a Unique Item - Take On Me

The idea is to give some love to "Cursed Ground" support + to add some "flavor" ground effects (and to avoid them). Plus a small buff for Scorch (instead one enemy its all nearby enemies on block).
