Freezing Pulse, Get we get a new mtx?

I know there is one mtx already, but it's very similar to normal freezing pulse.

Can we get another fancier one? My dream would be a rainbow like mtx but ok I don't expect to get this one.

But can we get like a celestial one like the one ice nova has?
