Singapore Server consistent high ping (160ms+ connecting from Malaysia)

This issue has persisted for at least 2 leagues back and it bugs me alot to play on suboptimal servers like the Japan realm

Grabbed the instance from client log and tested with WinMTR according to other similar threads, and i'm finding it weird where i'm somewhat logged in at low ping but its the instance that has the high ping? Any ideas on resolving this?

Below is a few lines from client log

Unfortunately they don't care about anything related to the SG servers, they like to pretend that there aren't any problems with the SG servers since the Garena days. I had to swap to Aus or NZ to get something playable.
