Searing and Eater killed for voidestone but didnt get voidstone.

I went into eater with a friend at his hideout. we both killed eater of worlds. my atlas than lit the circle with him and showed that it was completed. then we failed searing exarch. I went and bought a invitation to the searing exarch and did it in my hideout. Both the circles are lit showing that I completed the requirements for the voidstone but it didnt drop one. also when I relog or open a new map kirac has nothing for me..... Is this a glitch? I really dont want to waste time killing the bosses again. can anyone help???
