pls i'm beggin you, disable the pause

Even with the "Disable pausing" i dont have the "PAUSE" screen but my game "pause" when i have a little lag and all the sound/music stop for 0.5sec, and if i press escape at the same time i can see the pause screen so it's the pause mechanic, i need a way to truly disable the pause mechanic, nothing else

i have this probleme since last years it's my third post i'm tired so if i dont have any ggg reply i will begin to really spam.
and pls guys no need to say "fix your internet, change server or idk i had no probleme before the pause mechanic with my internet lag" i only need ggg to give me a way to disable the pause mechanic

when i play with someone else i dont have any probleme because the game can't pause when you play in group
