Remove freeze from the game

Mechanics that causes you to lose control of your character in an ARPG should not exist. Freeze is a pass/fail check where if you are not freeze immune, you die. Every character you build, you just have to "solve" for this issue and every character is freeze immune in some way.
Why should freeze exist if that's the case? This is just not a fun mechanic, and nobody every thinks "Wow I could've played better" when they get frozen and die. Every league start I have to RNG reroll flasks until I get a freeze immunity flask or be frustrated by the fact that a random trash mob can frost blink on top of me with 75% cold res and freeze me.
