Remove Soul Eater from Mirage zones

Once you've done that, remove Soul Eater from the rare mod pool altogether. It's an unfun shit mechanic that nobody likes and is ALWAYS problematic.

wait 10 years till they both play poe1 at least once and more than act 1 without devkit, and PROBABLY they would nerf it. But i'm 100% sure they won't, i believe in them and their vision
