Pack size is too big!!!

I played just acts 1 week ago, different pack size at all, and i don't point at mirage garbage mobs which are annoying as some pre leagues, when ggg added just pure mass of mobs as new league mechanics(yeah, mirage is bad league cause ggg did it for plugging poe2 update only AGAIN-AGAIN!). Too many mobs and i'm not even on maps. What did ggg do this time, pretty annoying

yup looks a lot like just moving POE 2 mobs to POE 1, and that's a bummer I don't really like POE 2. The mobs are too large and the are too many yellows in the mobs and too many extreme skills on the mobs. This is not a good league compared to last release.

I don't understand your alien speech
Feels better in my opinion.

For slower play you can level easily without added difficulty. For faster play you could just skip over them couldn't you? I didn't feel like I was getting overwhelmed by mobs at any point, but they where there if I wanted to interact with them. I'm slow at leveling, so maybe i'm not understanding?

I think the levelling in the last 3 leagues has been been an improvement in this regard. In Keepers, there was a lot of clutter being added, which annoyed some people, but it seemed pretty good to me this league.

this game need a little big balance fix cause game prioritize by clearing meta, that's what i mean. I know that i would feel nothing if started some venom gyre or other meta bow, but i choose on randomizier freezing pulse and i feeling 100% how bad it is now.

70-80% of the time i don't see any gap between mobs packe from act 5, and this is awful, game feels like modern zoomers slop to make you zombie with nonstopo slaughtering, it doesn't feel reel in term of ingame reality, too hyperbolic formula.

Main devs should test game without devkit properly

Fair enough. Personally I thought it was good, but understand that you have a valid different opinion.

I'm not a zoomer myself. In term of POE2 though as an example you bring up, it seems to me like, you want the density they have in act one, where it is quite spread out. I tend to think that is too spread out, and the game improves in act 2 where they start adding the density.

I take your point though. I know there are a lot of older players that dislike high density, exploding screen and want it more methodical. Personally what I have been seeing is a large importance in the campaign of what movement skill is being spammed most efficiently between packs. I would prefer actually fighting mobs, which I think was an improvement in the leagues of late.

Aren't they agreeing exactly with your point of view?

i just don't understand him.

I'll add that GGG doesn't even understand crap they're doing with such pack size. You're drowning in mobs, and the only difficulty level that's really high is archnemesis mods, which you literally don't see those effects cause of mobs, even rare mobs itself. It sucks; literally every pack is 7 to 10 mobs, and there are 2-3 packs always.
How am I supposed to defend against such a horde with 60% block rate and 78% spell block rate without aegis aurora unique shield?

It sucks, that main devs would change it immediately if they only played like me properly in their own game once, but truth is- they would never even access to maps cause of skill issue, they rule game and bring those balance changes only, but they never taste what it is truly. It's sad truth

I hear what you are saying, that they need to be careful with it in the campaign, because typically characters have less layers of defense. Personally I didn't find it more difficult, as I was overlevelled so much from the mobs, which I prefer. Instead of being a few levels under the zone, I was a few over. If I was trying to stay under the zone level and run through, maybe I would of noticed it being tougher. There was so much xp to level it didn't seem to be an issue.

Obviously build dependent though, i've got minions an some block on my current build, it is possible the density is worse for some build types, and better for others. I can imagine some sort of frostblink setup using the density for a big advantage.

For reference, I don't finish the campaign in under 5 hours, on league start it takes me closer to 10, so the feedback may not be the most relevant as related to other players playstyles. Probably some players had been using this gap in mobs for inventory management, which I'm not doing optimally anyway.
