Stuck in infinte loading of Act 9 - solved for me

Hi

iam stuck on the loading of the city of Act 9 . I hear the other player but not loading
did wait more then 10min. same as testing other servers
Standard is working same as creating new chars

Rgds

did install latest Nvidia driver and also did check game files with
Packcheck
(Gfx driver , as you never know if there some new fancy mtx in the city that is not playing nice)

could load Act9 now , took only 5 sec
